How to install a tray on a barrel or keg
We'll explain how the concept works, with installation in seconds and no headaches.
A few valuable tips for perfecting your keg with the Plato kit

1. Laying the circular plate
To begin with, place your barrel on a flat, stable, well-lit surface. This will save you a lot of unpleasant surprises at the end of the installation! Next, pick up your Plato plate and place it on your stand-up feeder. Center it as much as possible for optimum results.

2. How to install the Plato concept: setting up diabolos
Grab your drill and screwdriver. Position the first diabolo 15 to 20 cm below your barrel's metal strapping, in line with one of Plato's tongues. The diabolo is placed so as to be under the strapping (not on top or straddling it). You can screw directly into the barrel. Finally, continue the operation with the 5 other diabolos and 5 other screws. For perfect assembly, the diabolos are always aligned with the Plato tongues.

3. Tensioner installation
When all 6 diabolos and 6 screws are securely fastened, you can rotate the Plato so that one of the tongues is centered between 2 diabolos (see photo below). To complete the installation, carefully pull the turnbuckle so that it alternates with the tongues and diabolos. The turnbuckle is staggered, with its label laid flat against the barrel.

Now your keg is perfectly primed with the 3-step Plato concept. Your glasses and favorite beverages are eagerly awaiting the start of the aperitif! And your friends too? They're wondering where they can find a keg to copy your great setup!
